Tiptree Quince Jelly

Quinces are part of the apple family. Ideal for use as a condiment, Quince jelly is also a perfect partner for Cheddar cheese.

To produce this traditional jelly, Tiptree crushes the fruit, brings it to a boil, and simmers gently. This releases all the flavor and gives the jelly a wonderful pink color. It is then transferred to a fruit press, where the fruit is squeezed slowly to release the juice.
