This large flat dish is perfect for carving and presenting meat; it has a handy well to catch escaping juices. Place it on a metal baking sheet when using it in the oven to prevent thermal shock from oven racks. It can be hung on the wall using the holes in the base when not in use. Oven and freezer proof. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Resistant to chipping. Individually hand painted, so no two pieces are the same. Made in Scotland.
