The sheepdog on the side of this mug peeps its head over a fence, surrounded on either side by its wooly charges. Handmade and hand-decorated in the UK using traditional pottery methods. Microwave and dishwasher safe.

Based in Burslem, known as the “Mother Town” of the Potteries and one of the six towns making up the City of Stoke-on-Trent. Established in 1986 and now well known for their pottery mugs decorated with humorous and local dialect sayings and phrases, Moorland Pottery borrows colloquialisms from many different areas and regions of the UK. Their “Stokie Mugs” in particular are decorated with sayings and phrases from the Potteries.
