Ingredients: Sugar, Ginger, Lemon Juice (from concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Mixed Spice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 25g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
