This Borage Honey is a pure and natural, single origin honey. Also known as starflower, Borage's vibrant blue bloom is the traditional summer Pimms garnish and is grown for oil. The honey itself is unusually clear, delicate tasting and really rather incredible. It can be used in herbal teas, on cheese and charcuterie boards and in seasonal salad dressings.
