Only the finest local Perthshire Cascade Delight raspberries — pollinated by Heather Hills' bees who gather the nectar to make their Scottish Blossom Honey — are carefully handpicked and selected and then gently stirred in traditional open pans with cane sugar to lovingly handcraft an artisan preserve bursting with dark red, luscious, sweet fruit and an authentic, intense flavour. Minimum 50% fruit. Each batch is hand bottled and labelled.
