Hafi Cloudberry Preserve is a sweet and mildly tart jam made from hand-picked wild golden cloudberries in the Nordic Arctic.  The preserve has a creamy texture and a flavor that's been described as a mix of apples, cantaloupe, chestnut honey, and herbs, with a slightly earthy taste. It also contains crunchy seeds. The very first Hafi products were produced in 1938, and the company remains a family-run business based in Sweden.
