The Oxford Marmalade is inspired by the original Sarah Jane Cooper's 1874 recipe. It is made using a dark, intense, coarse-cut Seville orange marmalade. This dark, thick marmalade has a strong taste of bitter oranges and is best enjoyed when lathered generously over a nice, thick slice of toast. It is sure to appeal to the mature palate of the true marmalade connoisseur.
