    We take special care in packing your Eggs, but due to the fragile nature of British Easter Eggs, we cannot replace or refund Eggs damaged or melted in transit or while left outside by the carrier. 

    Because our shop is in Houston, Texas, we only ship chocolates under certain weather conditions. We may stop shipments of Easter Eggs early if Houston temperatures become too hot.
