To avoid imperfections, Baxters select each beet not once but twice. Firstly at the source farm and finally hand grade at Baxters. If it isn't the pick of the crop, it isn't use it. They then gently steam in small batches and preserve it using their secret malt vinegar family recipe made from 100% British barley to ensure a truly delicious taste. Suitable for Vegetarians.
