Amongst the earliest of Irish High Crosses to feature the circle which has come to signify unity, this carving dates from the 8th century and is decorated with distinctive knot work, which represents the intricate, beautiful and eternal nature of Creation. Modelled on the Ahenny High Crosses in County Tipperary, this carved design by Adam Grabski has a carefully polished pure bronze finish with a ceramic resin cold cast core.
