Ingredients: Sultanas (25%), sugar, wheat flour, whole egg, vegetable oils (palm and rapeseed in varying proportions), cherries (8%) [cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, color: anthocyanins, preservative: sulfur dioxide], mixed peel (3%) [orange peel, lemon peel, glucose syrup], water, cornflour, whey powder (milk), humectants: propylene glycol, glycerol; salt, emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, mono- and di-acetyl tartaric acid esters of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; whey protein (milk), preservative: potassium sorbate, dried glucose syrup, natural flavorings, colors: curcumin, annatto; egg yolk powder, skimmed milk powder, acidity regulator: citric acid, thickener: xantham gum. It may also contain traces of nuts, soya, and sesame seeds.
