These blue label Marie biscuits were created in the 1850s and were named after a princess of Russia – Marie Romanov. Marie biscuits are characterized by their distinct snap and crumble. They are round-shaped and have a crisp and delicate texture, clear smooth surface, and common pale color.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), sugar, unhydrogenated palm oil, butter syrup 5% (sugar, glucose syrup, butter (7%) (milk), mono and di glycerides, soy lecithin, malic acid), butter (4%) (milk), whey powder (milk), salt, eggs (2.5%), raising agent (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), skimmed milk powder, sunflower lecithin, rice flour, tricalcium phosphate, sodium metabisulphite, proteolytic enzyme.
