This iconic Belleek teacup and saucer was designed in the 1880s by Frederick Slater to portray the essence of Ireland. He chose three elements: Shells to illustrate the island of Ireland; Harps to portray its people and culture; and Shamrocks representing its patron, Saint Patrick. This cup and saucer is a special buy, and can be used as an heirloom for many years to come.
