Damsons were first cultivated around Damascus and introduced to Britain by the Romans. Damsons are quite tart and are ideally suited to jam making. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Damsons, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin.
