Just as on the matching dinnerware, the historic pattern is rendered in rich cobalt blue using Spode's famous underglaze printing. The classical scene of Roman ruins and pastoral landscape fills the center of the platter, while a Chinese-inspired floral border wraps the subtly scalloped rim.
