Gooseberry was made for jam, our jam at least! It longs for sugar for balance. Folláin's is cooked gently and allowed to turn ruby red colour in the pot. 

Ingredients: Gooseberries 50%, Sugar, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Prepared with 50g of Fruit per 100g & Total Sugar content 60g per 100g, Gluten free.
