The Perfect Serve
For Hot Tea:
Pour 200ml of freshly boiled water in to a cup, let it cool to about 80°C, and then place in one teabag. Allow the tea to infuse, leaving for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar as desired. Sit down and relax with your delightful infusion.
For Iced Tea (To make one litre/US quart):
Pour 500ml/one US pint into a one litre/US quart jug and let it cool down to about 80°C, Add 6 teabags and allow the tea to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Add another 500ml/one US pint of warm water. Refrigerate or serve over ice. Add sugar as desired, and enjoy!
