Flatbreads need to be several things. Flat is the most obvious, but it also needs to be packed with flavor and have a satisfying crunch to it. To ensure the first, these flatbreads use a mix of wheat & rye flour and are seasoned with cheeses and linseeds, while the latter is achieved with some very skillful baking.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (41%), Water, Cheese (Milk, Salt Starter Culture, Enzymes) (15%), Wholegrain Rye Flour, Yeast, Rapeseed Oil, Linseeds (2.4%), Sugar, Sea Salt. Contains wheat and milk. May also contain traces of sesame seeds and nuts.
